What is the use case or benefit to using a label for a Organization, Deal, etc. or vs a Data Field?

    Hi @KMITCH , in Pipedrive labels are designed to help you better find and visualize your data, and speed up your sales process. Examples of this are labels on your organizations according to their industry, or labels on your deals according to their importance. Labels give you a better visual representation in the pipeline or list views.

    Data fields are better suited to store information that's useful to your sales process. For example, the address and number of employees for an organization, or additional details about a deal that you or a team member might need to know.
