Hi team,

With the recent updates done by Google and them blocking all images, including tracking pixels, and showing a warning popup in recepients' inboxes, does Pipedrive plan to do anything to help users with it?

If you are for some reason not aware, this is the example:

https://snov.io/knowledgebase/how-google-email-policy-affects-open-tracking/

We and a lot more companies stopped using open tracking for cold emails because of these changes (we don't want our recipients to see that popup saying our emails are suspicious), but will be good to know if Pipedrive plans to address it any time soon.

Thanks!

Very interesting observation since in the contact phase of new leads it is essential that the emails arrive from the recipient's inbox. I think the best solution at the moment is to disable tracking from Pipedrive.

    Hello,

Our developers were looking into the article that was shared, and we could not find any offical documentation about these mentioned changes from Google or potential reports of issues with emails sent using email tracking being flagged as suspicious. For the time being you will be able to continue sending emails using email tracking without being flagged but our team is aware of the situation to monitor it continuously.
