I want to pull the trigger on Pipedrive for my company, but my boss wants me to chat with current customers first to hear their feedback. Would anyone be open to a super brief call?

Or could you comment the biggest pro and con to pipedrive? Thanks!

    My company sells medical devices to hospitals. A deal typically includes an initial investment with an annual service fee, so we need to use pipedrive to track new customers as well as upcoming renewals.

    I will say that while their might not be a straightforward path to get pipedrive to do something specific you need, it's highly customizable and easy to use. So just about anything I've needed it to do I've found a way.
