Email Sync Needs a Toggle to "Make Linked Emails Shared"

Soon, we will be asking all Users to change their Email Sync settings to make their emails PRIVATE, in order to cut down on clutter, personal, and non-relevant emails showing up for all Users in Pipedrive.

When we do this, and then rely on folks to actually link their emails to Deals or People, it is imperative that the system mark these linked emails as SHARED by default— because why else would you link the email if not to share it with everyone? And after someone does the correct thing and links a relevant email, they should not be expected to take another step to mark it SHARED.

Agreed! It could even be a dependent feature in settings so that if emails are set to private you can select either shared or not shared as the default.
