Person/Org Custom Field Filters

I’d like to propose an idea for improving our use of custom fields in Pipedrive. In our company, we have multiple person and organization custom fields, each with specific expectations for the types of entries based on labels or choice-based values.

It could be beneficial to implement filters or conditions on these custom fields. For example, if we have a custom field for managers, a filter would allow users to only select individuals labeled as "Manager" in the system. This would ensure accurate data entry while minimizing the time spent searching for the right person. Importantly, this filter would be exclusive to the custom field, so it wouldn’t impact other areas of the app.
