Build dynamic url in email templates

I've seen that this is an old issue/ feature request back to 2021. Is it really true that this hasn't been fixed yet ?

I need to create a dynamic url that point to a form, the dynamic fields should have name etc. included. I can create the url in the email template and i looks fine in the email

https://123.com/pictures/?FirstName=Luke&LastName=Larson&UserEmail=123@gmail.com

But when pressed in the email the parameter values disappear
