Granting account access for implementation partners
Does Pipedrive offer a dedicated support/agency access feature, or are there plans to develop one? Such a feature would be immensely helpful.
Some of the Pipedrive accounts we’ve set up require regular checkups and maintenance. We also run Pipedrive audits.
Asking clients to share logins or purchase additional seats for audits and maintenance creates a lot of friction. Screen sharing/live audit/implementation only solves this partially.

For our Affiliate Partners, Pipedrive already offers Service Entrance seats to accounts they manage. If you are already registered as a Partner and have accounts you manage, kindly contact our Partner team directly to know more about the option.
