Hello,
I've just started to use the feature for creating the same task on several and different deals (see the picture below)

and I noticed that the object of the task created is the COMBINATION of the Deal subject + "what I write in the subject field of the task I'm creating). Again see the picture below:

As you can see, the highlighted part is the "name of the deal" and it's automatically added (and it seems not possible to avoid this), while the red circled part is "what I've written in the subject field OF THE TASK".

In my opinion the "name of the deal" is redundant because this information is already and AUTOMATICALLY reported (again, see the picture below)

On the other side, the "name of THE TASK" such way is long and confusing.

For a more "user friendly" usage, in my opinion the TASK SUBJECT FIELD should be filled

  • only how the user filled the field, if it is filled (in other words, only "In or breakup" in the sample attached)
  • on the contrary, if the task name field is left empty, pointing out the "name of the deal" i better than nothing (the category of the task - like "call", "Operation", "meeting", etc, maybe, would be better than the name of the deal (which is anyway present as "linked" in the lower part of the task)

A third option could be leave the user free to able or disable the autofill of the first part of the task name with the "name of the deal".

I hope to have well explained what I mean, it's a bit hard due to the same words repeated in different meanings (fields, name, fill, etc)
