Hey Pipedrive Team.

How can I make a rule that every new salesman can MAIL by Pipedrive Mobile App with the same SMTP mail that desktop already got.

    To clarify, while you can set up email sync and send emails directly from within Pipedrive on the desktop version, this functionality differs on the mobile app. When sending an email via the Pipedrive mobile app, you’ll be redirected to the default email application on your device, such as Gmail, Outlook, or the Mail app on iOS, depending on your setup.

    To ensure seamless functionality, it’s important that each user has their work email configured in the default email app they use on their mobile device.
