QuickBooks by Pipedrive integration multi-user update

What’s new:

The QuickBooks by Pipedrive integration now supports multiple simultaneous user connections!

How the update helps:

Previously, only one Pipedrive user could connect to QuickBooks.

Now, the account admin (the first person in the company to set up the integration) can grant access to everyone or keep it to themselves.

This means you can distribute the invoicing workload across your entire team—no more uninstalling and reinstalling the integration. Simply invite colleagues to join, and everyone can create, update, and send invoices right from Pipedrive.

Things to keep in mind:

• Current access options are limited to:
  • Only myself
  • Everyone in the company
• Due to QuickBooks API token restrictions, any invoice actions taken in Pipedrive will appear as if performed by the admin in QuickBooks
