New: Restore deleted data in Pipedrive

It’s not unusual for users to accidentally delete data from their account, or even deliberately delete data and later decide they still need it. So, we made the process of restoring deleted data even more straightforward.

You can now find two new options within the Pipedrive interface:

  • Under Tools and Apps > Restore data
  • Any list view at the top right (…) > Restore data

Within these options, you’ll find a list of deals, leads, people, organizations and activities deleted in the last 30 days that you can restore. Standard permission and visibility rules will apply, so a regular user won’t be able to restore items for which they have no visibility.

This feature is being gradually released to all companies throughout December 2024.
