How can I integrate Twilio's WhatsApp API into my existing automation workflow?

I currently have an automation set up where two follow-up emails are sent if a contact in a deal doesn't book a call. For the third follow-up, I'd like to send a WhatsApp message using Twilio, but I can't find a straightforward way to integrate this into the automation. Has anyone successfully done this, and if so, what tools or processes did you use? Would love some guidance!

    Hello @mycountrymobile,

Currently, we do not have a default way to connect WhatsApp messaging with Workflow Automation, but you could use a workaround with Automated Webhooks and tools like Zapier or Make.

To achieve this, you can use the Automated Webhook as the third follow-up step. The action would be for Pipedrive to send a webhook with pre-defined information to Zapier or Make, where you created the Webhook. Then, using this webhook as a trigger in Zapier or Make, you will be able to send WhatsApp messages. We hope this helps.
