Why is'nt a form included in the Campaign package?
I would like to share some feedback regarding the Campaigns package in Pipedrive, particularly concerning the lack of a form feature to help grow newsletter subscribers.
Many email providers offer a built-in form option as part of their standard package to make it easier for users to collect new subscribers. However, within Pipedrive, this functionality appears to be locked behind the Leadbooster package, which comes at an additional cost of €390 per year. While I understand that Leadbooster offers various features beyond forms, my business only requires a simple subscription form to allow contacts to opt into our newsletter. The other tools in the Leadbooster package are not relevant to our current needs, making it difficult to justify the additional expense.
Given that the primary purpose of the Campaigns package is to facilitate email marketing, I believe it would be highly beneficial if a basic form feature were included, specifically for collecting newsletter subscribers. This would ensure compliance with GDPR requirements by providing a clear way to document consent and would significantly improve the ease of growing an audience through Pipedrive’s platform.
Currently, the lack of a form or an alternative method to streamline the subscription process makes the Campaigns package feel incomplete. Having to manually handle sign-ups is both time-consuming and inefficient, especially when automation is the key strength of a CRM system like Pipedrive.
In summary, I strongly recommend considering the addition of a basic form feature to the Campaigns package. This would enhance the overall user experience and provide a more comprehensive solution for businesses focused on growing their email marketing lists.
Thank you for taking the time to consider this suggestion. I would be happy to provide further insights if needed.
