Email open notifications

"Hi community, I need to know if any of you experienced this: when more members joined your Pipedrive sales team, the notifications for email opens and clicks sent from the CRM got deactivated. This happened to me and the rest of my team with the new additions. However, I have everything activated in settings and the sales assistant. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!"

    I hope you are doing well today!

    Email tracking is a feature configured individually for each user and is available to all users on the Advanced plan or higher, provided they have the necessary permissions. Admin users can also remove tracking permissions for non-admin users if needed.

    Please note that for email tracking to function properly, it must first be enabled before sending an email with tracking active. Once enabled, tracking should remain on. If you turn tracking off and then back on, does the issue persist? If so, please contact our support team so we can investigate further and gain a better understanding of the situation.
