What happened with our progress?

why pipedrive took off goals and metrics from progress? Now we have only insights with few information but nothing like how many products you sell in the month, or if our staff archive the goals or not.

What I think about is how support teams stills have access to the progress and we not? I have some prints here from support team showing it and you can see insights still on beta.

Missing old days pipedrive.

    Hi @Bruno Martins , we are sorry to hear this created an inconvenience for you and appreciate your feedback.

    I have reactivated the old Reports for you so you can still use them. 

    We are currently working hard on bringing all of the Reports' abilities into Insights (Products, Goals, and even new things). We appreciate your patience, thank you for bringing our attention to this.

    @Inês Batata - please make sure we keep access to this too. We need to be able to see reports by products. Until this feature is added to insights, we need to use the reports feature. Thank you!

    @Mike van der Valk  - one of our employees did share it with support and was told reports were going away and there was nothing we can do about it. If we are not able to have reports or insights by products, we are going to need to look for another software program. This reporting is vital to what we use the software for.

    @Scott Ochander sorry about that confusion. I just checked your account and you should also still have the "old reports" available. In there you can still use the products in reports. Only after we've fully added all functionality we'll switch old reports to the improved insights which then does the same and more compared to the old reports.

    Can you confirm you still have the "old reports" available?

    @Mike van der Valk  - yes, we still currently have access to reports. Thank you. We just can't loose access to that until the function is in Insights. We love Insights and have built a lot of dashboards using it, we just can't get the product detail yet like we can in Reports. Thank you again for your help.

    We're just in the middle of rolling out the Goals to our Insights and by then all functionality that was in the Progress section is also in the Insights section and much more.

    Our goal is to migrate our users to Insights and spin down the progress section. Can you help me understand what's not informative for you at the moment or what's missing?

    I can then check in with the Statistics & Reports team what we can do.
