Email Sync

I have an Email Sync issue where it requires me to re-Authenticate. Using the stored information it still does not sync and my details have not changed.
I have noticed that the email address for one of my users has changed as well and he is unable to sync his emails.
These changes have all occurred on the 1/7/2020.
Please assist.
