We work with clients of various sizes, and some require a Purchase Order (PO) to finalize their approval for our services. We've added a PO Number custom field, but in order to streamline our processes and ensure compliance with client requirements, we’d like to explore the possibility of setting up this field to be mandatory for specific clients.

This adjustment would help our Project Managers ensure that services are initiated only after a valid PO has been granted from those specific client, thereby reducing potential delays or miscommunications.

    Hello @bluelion,

    As required fields can only be enabled based on Pipelines and Pipeline Stages, the best option would be to assign the deals that require the PO field to a dedicated Pipeline where the PO field is set to be required. Alternatively, you can set the PO field to be required in the existing Pipelines, and for the deals that do not require PO, your team can fill in N/A or Nil or something similar.
