Can someone help me with an insights report?
I am trying to create a salesperson activity report that shows the number of emails, texts, calls, and meetings that each salesperson had over a specific amount of time. I have it partially working, but for some reason, email count does not calculate:
I have the Activity type Email selected in the filters for the report, but I don't understand why they don't show up. Can someone help me get this working?

By default, the actual email sent and received will not be logged as an activity in Pipedrive. So, if your team does not manually create an activity with the email type once the email is sent or received, we recommend using the dedicated email performance report along with the activity report to get an overview of your team.
