Using iPad to browse the Pipedrive website and add new deals

I’ve found a bug in the pipedrive website app when used on an iPad. I can’t find any way to report it to the developers. Does anyone know how to do this?

In case it’s done via this forum, the bug is:

When creating a deal, you enter the name of the person and select “add this contact” in the pop-up as normal. You then add the organisation name the same way.

I always edit the deal name in the field below the organisation but when you tap into it, it clears the contact and organisation fields and you have to re-add them.

When sending emails to this new deal, it doesn’t populate the recipient field for that contact of that deal. This is only a problem if you access the pipedrive web app on iPad (os 18.2). It works ok on Safari on a Mac.

Hi @Chrispim , thank you for the feedback; it has been passed on to the product team. On the iPad and other mobile devices, the optimal way to use Pipedrive is via the dedicated Pipedrive mobile app, which we strongly recommend rather than using the mobile browser. Can you please confirm it works as expected when you use the mobile app?

@Manuel Oliveira The iPadOS Pipedrive app isn't great because it lacks much functionality. I, too, use Pipedrive in the browser on my iPad Pro when on the road. The app you have is like a blown-up version of the iPhone app. Why would I want to use that on a device that has a 13" screen?
