Automate making a Teams channel post when a deal signs

In our org, when we sign a new deal we create a Teams post detailing things like the deal date, amount and other details. I have connected Teams to my Pipedrive account but don't see an obvious way to make this kind of automation.

Is this something that is already possible or could be added to the Teams integration?
