It is already possible to send activity invites: https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005286065-Activity-Invites
You can also use our workflow automation to automatically send some emails when you create an activity or update one for example.
Unfortunately this doesn't include multiple automated emails leading up to a meeting but you can create those one off triggered emails.

Hi @Michele Van Daele . I am a humble Pipedrive partner, not a member of the Development team... but I can say with some confidence that Pipedrive is working on "date based triggers". Sometime in 2020, we hope, you'll be able to create an automation that looks at the date of an activity and which sends one/several emails (or other action) both before and after that activity. I am also really looking forward to it!

Thank you this is indeed possible but it would be nice to be able to send reminders as well since apparently a lot of people do forget their meetings
.How do you create those off triggered emails for that to the guests?

Unfortunately that's not possible right now but as @Joseph Valenti mentioned below something is cooking!
