Send email with another address than "User's default account"

Hi everyone!

I'm creating an automation like this:

• A person use our "Web Forms" to contact us from our website
• This create a new deal
• When deal created, I send an automatic email to the person

Is it possible to use another email addess than the "user's default email account"? I'm the only user in Pipedrive and I want to send automatic emails from another address so I do not get spam emails.

Also, I don't want to create another user and pay just for this.

Indeed you can! If you're on advanced or pro tier, you can just add another email account in Email Sync settings.

You will then be able to choose that account in the "From" dropdown in the automation
