Ordering & payment method
Hello all, I was wondering if you had the same unexplainable inconvenience I have as I'm setting up my new Pipedrive account ?
I add different users over time and add extra features like Campaign management.
I used the pay via Direct Debit (SEPA) as you know in companies using credit card is not always a good option (if owner gets his wallet stolen the cards are blocked for example).
The problem is that every time I order something I have to wait 5 business days before I can order some extra user seat or option. I believe this is the worse buying experience I ever had. As my firts bills have been paid correctly I don't understand why they have this limitation.
Worse now I received a message my payment was not processed while we had money on the account and our bank told us there where not demand for payment via Direct Debit. I'm in contact with the helpdesk but none can help ? Any idea how I can get up the chain of command to get things fixed and my subscription larger? Please can someone help to pay and get more services ? Seems a very awkward request: I'm desperate to pay and buy more… but seems none cares…

Hi @rverschu,
I completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait for your payment to process, and I sincerely apologize for the delay. SEPA Direct Debit payments can take up to five business days to complete, which I know isn't ideal—especially when you're eager to access or update your subscription.
If you're looking for a faster way to process payments, you might consider using PayPal, which is much quicker than SEPA and ensures your subscription updates without delays. Of course, we want to make payments as seamless as possible for you, so please let us know if you need any assistance switching to another method.
Again, we truly appreciate your patience. Let me know how if there is anything else I can help you with!

What I don't understand is why a SAAS company like Pipedrive blocks it's own selling at every order for 5 days. For me this is not logic and counter productive. For the payment, thanks for indicating Paypal but we are quite conservative in terms of payments, so I will see with our Finance department.
