can you post a screenshot of that please? Generally, this is only possible if:
- someone else manually deletes them
- some automation deletes them

She is suppossed to be connected to multiple locations "organizations" keeps deleting them

These are general notes which typically save. I am losing the notes I write in an actual sales call. It will save the sales call, but nothing in the notes box. Here is one for example.

Maybe shoot a short loom showing how you save an activity with a note and its not showing up in the activity after that.
