PandaDoc information not updating

All,

It appears the PandaDoc integration isn't working. Within pipedrive, I go to "create a new document" which opens PandaDoc. It pulls all of the client information in, sends, etc. However in Pipedrive, it doesn't show the PandaDoc information. Below is a screenshot directly from both PipeDrive and PandaDoc website that demonstrates the information I should see. Any ideas?

    I can see this integration was built by pandadoc themselves. Could you reach out to them and try to understand if there is something they can help you with from their side?
