Show/Hide Custom Fields Based On Permission Sets

Hey everyone,
I'd like to be able to show/hide certain custom fields based on the permission sets that are assigned to the user.
For example, I have a "Net Profit" custom field that shows the net profit of each deal. I'd like to be able to hide fields that are sensitive like that and only show it to admins, or certain users in a custom visibility group.
I hired a secretary and she's gonna have access to all the deals now including the Net Profit as well as other custom fields that are related to operational costs.
I am forced to delete all those fields now before she starts tomorrow which is very frustrating.
