Edit Phone and Email Types
It would be great if we could add to and then select different options beyond Home, Work, and Other for the type of Phone Number and Email.
Why? Because when a person leaves a company, we want to mark their email as not used any more. We don't want to remove the email address, as this would remove all Email Sync emails that are shown. And we would like to keep those!

Hi , this is a major issue for us given the industry we work in. We need to be able to retain emails that have sync'd to pipedrive regardless of the email being changed. e.g. we may have a customer who now wants all their communications sent to a new email address, if we delete their old email it removes all the synced emails too? How can we avoid this so that we have a trail of all communications

Great insight, @Yas ! Thanks for sharing. Would be useful to have a "former email" option or a way to edit the email type options!

@Developer how can we get this looked at sooner, this is becoming a real issue for us. one example is a client has now requested a change from an old email to a new email. If i delete his old email from Pipedrive we loose +200 correspondence with this client that we should actually be retaining.
