Support with setting up flows

Hello< Just signed up for pipedrive. they promised a tech to help us set up all our flows and get pipedrive ready to roll. But now that we've purchased pipedrive no one seems to know what we are talking about. We can't seem to get ahold of customer service. This is turning into a nightmare quickly. Can someone help or show me how to get ahold of a manager that is competent and can help fulfill some of the promises the sales rep made?
