WordPress form integration with Pipedrive and Organization ID request

Hi Everyone,

I need to connect our WordPress forms with leads in Pipedrive.
We have purchased the Contact Form 7 plugin, but when activating the fields, it asks for the Organization ID or the Person ID, which we do not have.
How can we solve this issue?

    You need to add steps to find/create org and person id before creating the deal.

    Hi @Giulia Salamone , that could happen if you’re setting up a form to associate submitted form data with an existing contact or organization instead of creating new ones. If that’s what you want to do, then you’ll need to set up Contact Form 7 to find or create these contacts, as Amit mentioned.
    If Contact Form 7 does not have such a function built into it, you may need to set up a search step using an automation platform (e.g., Make or Zapier) or use Pipedrive's API directly to create a custom step.
