New: Automations notifications to help with troubleshooting

What: Automation owners, and in some cases the account owner, will now receive email notifications for three main error events in the Automation feature, ensuring they stay informed and can take proactive action to troubleshoot automations.

Why: A common reason that automations fail in Pipedrive, is that some steps are linked to users or data fields that are now deactivated or deleted.

We want to provide notifications to automation owners as soon as something has been removed in Pipedrive that will impact active automations, so they can proactively fix the problem before their automations fail.

In this release we will send email notification for three cases:

  1. When an automation owner has been deactivated
  2. When a custom field related to an automation is deleted
  3. When access to an integration is lost - we cover Sales Inbox (Email Sync) and Slack app

When: The notifications launched in beta this week and will be gradually rolled out until the end of the month
