Feature Request - Assign point values to activities

It would be great if there was a table of activities and their associated points. In EdTech B2B sales (and probably other areas) not all activities are created equal. Visiting a pricing webpage or attending a webinar is more important than commenting or linking a company post.

The activity graphs will visually be skewed toward the most numerous events when they might not be the most important.

If I understand correctly, you’re looking for a way to differentiate activities by importance—does that sound right?

Unfortunately, custom fields aren’t available for activities. However, we do offer Custom Activity Types (link), which let you categorize activities based on importance. This could help you create more specific reports.

From an analytics standpoint (dashboard and reports), how can I see the custom activity types?

You will just need to filter by activity type, and all custom activity types will appear there.
