Automation - Send Notification as Email (not personal linked email)

I want to send an email notification based on automation. Something like: send email notification to distribution group 35 days before custom field Contract End Date.

But I do not want to set up an email synch with my work email. I'd like to have it sent from Pipedrive. I don't want all my email synched AND the automation should survive any individual's tenure with a company. I will have a notification sent to a Slack channel as well, but I'd like email as well.

Is this possible? If not, can I make this a feature request?

With HubSpot, you can send an internal email without linking your personal email account.

there are two ways to solve this:

1. you set up the automation thru a different pipedrive account which does have an email linked
2. you create a zap / make scenario that sends the email and use workflow automation to trigger said scenario in zapier / make
