Automation with Email Notification (not from personal linked email)

I want to send an email notification based on automation. Something like: send an email notification to a distribution group 35 days before the custom field Contract End Date.
But I do not want to set up an email synch with my work email. I'd like to have it sent from Pipedrive or info@mycompany.com. I don't want all my email synched AND the automation should survive any individual's tenure with a company.
With HubSpot, you can send an internal email without linking your personal email account.
