Issue with emails sending and tracking
Hello, I have an issue with my emails not sending either when prompted or in an automation.
I use exchange email and for some reason my emails when sent from pipedrive stay in the outbox and I have to manually go in and hit resend multiple times to get them to send. When they finally do send, there is zero tracking within the history to see if it has been opened or anything.
Does anyone know what this could be?
I am happy to do a loom video if needed
