Issues with pipedrive

We are having an issue with our pipedrive where our emails will not send and we have to manually go into our out box and send them. Once they are sent, they then do not track in our history so we have no idea if they have been opened or anything.

We use exchanged email

Can someone give me an idea of what is happening? I am happy to provide a video to help
