Feature Request: Highlight Selected Row in List View

I’d like to request a small but impactful usability improvement: the ability to visually highlight a selected row in the list view (e.g., in the Deals or Contacts list).

This feature would be similar to how Excel or Google Sheets highlights the currently selected row, making it much easier to stay oriented—especially when working with wide tables or many columns.

As someone who works daily with large lists and scrolls horizontally, it's easy to lose track of which row is being edited or viewed. A simple visual highlight would significantly enhance navigation and focus.
