Mail Inbox

It would be nice to have the names of email senders that are in Leads or Contacts underlined or highlighted to show that they exist. This would help to prevent deleting an email that was from these groups.

This is from Intellect Software (The Software I am Migrating to Pipedrive from) There are other videos that your team should look at - Intellect is an awesome software product - the reason I am moving is because it is not web based and has issues with performing synchronization, otherwise, I really enjoyed using it - Pipedrive should work out a deal with them!

You can create new contacts directly from messages in your Pipedrive email inbox, as well as add more email addresses to contacts that already exist and even associate that email message to a new or a pre-existing deal - take a look at the example below.
Pipedrive will always seek to recognize the email address a message is coming from and scan to see if it matches an already existing person, so you can decide if you want to add it to your contact list.
