Adding new user with Macmail

Trying to add a new user but when he tries to email from a deal the system tries to connect him via Microsoft not via Mac Mail

@Colin Edgar check the email sync settings for that user and reconnect, ideally. When selecting provider, make sure its not Outlook/Exchange.

Got it sorted thanks. Had to replace the real email address with "test@test.com" on the Email Sync page and that bypassed the Microsoft Pop-up and enabled us to input the correct email again, which now works.
