Pipedrive mobile app email signatures?


Hi All,
I've been busy setting up two companies I work with/for on Pipedrive, on separate accounts.
Now that everything is set up, I'm using the Pipedrive mobile app more, which is great, however…
I've noticed that for outbound emails on the mobile app, Pipedrive uses the default account email signature (in my case, iCloud account, as I use an iPhone 13 for work).
Is this set up correct or is there a workaround for this that enables email signatures per email/Pipedrive account? The two businesses use completely different signatures and are very different businesses from each other, also this means I know have to make my default email signature as the one for the main business, which isn't convenient for my personal emails sent form my phone.
Any help or advice on the matter would be greatly appreciated!

At the moment our mobile app relies on your default email app, on your phone, to send emails. In this case you do need to setup an email signature on your default email app for each one of your businesses.This is good feedback so I will be sure to sure it internally!

Thank you for replying to my question! I will be sure to keep my eyes on the 'whats new section' and stay up to date!
I just wanted to check… as far as I could see on my iPhone, there wasn't a way to have multiple signatures working with pipedrive app, it would only use whatever signature is assigned to my default email account (which in my case, was iCloud). Can you confirm if I am correct, in that only one signature is able to be used, unless I go into phone settings, and manually change the sig myself each time I want to use a different signature?

Hello @Callum,
If you are using the default Mail app from Apple, then it would be expected that you will not be able to easily switch between the signatures, and this applies to third-party tools like Gmail's mobile app as well.
One of the best workarounds we would suggest is to use the text replacement feature to store the different signatures.
