Problematic Customer Markers

Is it possible in the future we could have something on contacts that marks them as problematic or even barred from the establishment?
When I worked for hospitality, we used a program called Campspot. In said program you could mark some one as problematic and write out what they did (so that if you hovered over the mark, it would show you what they were marked for) or it would throw up a warning message saying the person was barred and asking if you wanted to proceed to book them. It was super helpful preparing us to deal with certain customers or flagging folks as not allowed to return to the park so we wouldn't book them.
It would be great to have a system like this, as we have multiple accounts that share contacts. It could be too late of a warning by the time some one has invited a customer for consultation or are mid working with them with chaos to follow. A helpful, "Heads up! This person lets checks bounce!" or "Hey this person will ask you to jump through hoops and not order anything. Proceed with caution," when you go to make a deal would save us a lot of pain and headache.

Thanks!
