Greetings,

I have a client who runs many workflow automations.
He recently discovered many automations failed, but he had no idea that these automations failed. Now he became furious because these automations were crucial for his business.

Is there any way to get notified when automation failed? I believe Zapier provides a similar feature:

Can you receive notification when a zap fails due to it being turned off during execution? | Zapier Community

    Hello @Ted Youn,

Pipedrive also offer similar notification and each user can enable it from: https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/notifications

You can also learn more about the feature here: https://community.pipedrive.com/discussion/17545

    Hi, Tony Xavier.

Thanks for your message. It looks like that Pipedrive sends an email notification when these three things happen:

    1. When an automation owner has been deactivated
    2. When a custom field related to an automation is deleted
    3. When access to an integration is lost - we cover Sales Inbox (Email Sync) and Slack app

These may be helpful, but they don't work for my client's requests. My client's workflow failed for reasons not mentioned above.

But thanks for sharing valuable information.
