Pipedrive Email Inbox - Blank/empty meeting replies



Hi,
I'm trying to force myself to use integrated Pipedrive email client, but there are a lot of things which make it very difficult.
One small example is that when I sent out an invite for a meeting, replies [ Accepted/Declined/Tentative] in Pipedrive do not show the attendance [ Accepted/Declined/Tentative ], compared to what user can see in Outlook.
Why? Is there an easier way to see it without jumping windows/tabs?

All Emails visible in your Outlook will also be visible in Pipedrive, as long as you have chosen to sync the right folders, and the Calendar Invitation replies will not be excluded. You can see an example below, and in this case I would recommend contacting our support team so they will be able to gather more details and investigate this. Thank you!
