QuickBooks Integrations - What are you using?

I’m in a situation where I need to use quotes/estimates and naturally invoices when a deal reaches the proper phase in the sales lifecycle. I use QuickBooks Online (QBO) for my accounting.

I’d love to hear what others are doing for integration between Pipedrive and QBO. Are you using IFTT, SyncQ, or something else?

I’ve been experimenting with SyncQ but so far it has been overly complex, litters the Pipedrive UI with a bunch of SyncQ data I’d prefer not to see all the time and just isn’t providing the level of automation synchronization (without having to click sync to kickoff a sync) I was expecting. Granted Im still working with it and maybe it’s me but I’d love to hear what the Pipedrive community is using/doing.

Anyone else figured out a clean way to get customers/organizations into and out of QBO, while using estimates and invoices?

    Hi @Shannon Wilson !

If you're using QuickBooks already, then the simplest solution is to use Pipedrive's native integration with them, take a look here. 🚀

Ines....that integration does not work for me. NO items/products are being pulled in from QBO so one cannot actually submit an invoice with actual line items. I have played with the products in PD (were brought in via the SyncQ integration) but nothing I do results in any items showing in the Item drop down. :(

Hi @John Weiss , thank you for your feedback.

Unfortunately Pipedrive's Product list and QuickBooks Product list don't "talk to each other" and we are aware of this limitation and looking forward to overcome it in future developments. Right now you'll need to export your list of Products from Pipedrive and import it to Quickbooks, and then Pipedrive's invoicing feature will display them in the invoice's drop-down menu for you to pick.

@Inês Batata the products I have in Pipedrive were pulled from Quickbooks with the SyncQ product. They already exist in Quickbooks. Putting them back in Quickbooks would create duplicated products.

Hi @John Weiss , apologies for the delay in my response. In that case I would suggest trying out something like Zapier to circulate more data between Pipedrive and your Quickbooks integration. I have also made sure your feedback reaches our team for consideration in the future.
