'From' Address Used in Thread Instead of Primary Email

I’ve noticed an issue with how Pipedrive selects the “From” address when composing or replying to emails:

• Current behavior: Pipedrive always defaults to my primary email address.
• Expected behavior: When I reply within an existing thread, Pipedrive should automatically use the same address that was previously used in that conversation.

Using the default address in every reply increases the risk of responding from the wrong account and can create confusion for recipients. Adopting a “reply-with-the-same-address” rule—similar to most email clients—would make workflows smoother and prevent accidental mis-sends.
