Sales Inbox - User Interface Options

Hi Pipedrive! 

I've been excited about using the sales inbox as my main email platform. It will help us in so many ways. However, I am having a hard time making the switch from gmail, and one of the main issues is the visual interface.

The Pipedrive email interface is a bit overwhelming for a couple of reasons. 

I cannot easily tell, at first glance, what is read and unread. The indicators are the blue dot and bold text vs normal text, but that hasn’t been enough for my visual brain to make it easy. I have to slow down and focus more in order to track unread emails.

Can you create an option for read emails to be grayed out or a different color?

The second thing is the spacing of the inbox is too tight for me. I feel like the memories of my grandpa trying to read the directions of a toy I got for Christmas.  I find myself slowing down, squinting, and moving my face inches from the screen. 

Can you create the option of making each email thread taller on the screen?

I understand these are small changes, and plenty of times I say to myself “it's not that big of a deal” but I'm a small business owner and most of my days are extremely busy and overwhelming. The truth is this has been a consistent deterrent for using pipedrive more often, so I figured this would be good feedback to share.

I do love pipedrive! Keep up the good work! And maybe add some more interface options

    The team collects and reviews all feedback, though it’s not possible to say if or when a given request will become a feature. Generally, the more impactful and requested a feature, the higher the chances of implementation.
