Sales Inbox Issues continue with Gmail users

We continue to find Pipedrive to be the worst sales experience we have had in our 50 years of business. Here are 3 of our biggest pains (we use Gmail) - has anyone had any success in fixing their gmail/email/sales-inbox issues?:
1. in Sales Inbox, when sending an email… we type in the recipient of the email and the "matching" options pop up to choose… we choose the correct recipient's email address even type in the correct one… and Pipedrive selects the wrong email address….. WE ARE SENDING EMAILS TO THE WRONG RECIPIENT AND THIS IS DANGEROUS! We know it is happening, we try to be careful, yet it still happens - my team is so frustrated with this!
2. only the email owner can relink an email if it is linked incorrectly, plus you have to drill down to find the original email if you need to relink and ONLY the recipient it originally was sent to can relink to the correct place…. our team cannot, just the original recipient.
3. Busy - long email threads are very hard to find the reponse that you are waiting for in the thread.. often you have to go thru the whole thread to find the response as gmail/email threads in sales inbox do not reveal the most recent interaction. We are missing timely information to perform our sales tasks.

As for the long thread, we could also suggest our AI Email Summarisation feature that will summarise long threads, so you can have all the information from the long thread in one place.
