I setup the email. However, a few concerns for us

1/ The synch setup ask for folders to be synch. OK, but I have literally a hundreds of folders but if I want to selectively sync just the INBOX of all users to PipeDrive; it will take me the best part of the day to untick each folder. Is there or is there a function to 'deselect all' folders initially (all select is there) . I can then deselect them all and only include the handful of folders that would be relevant

2/ I need to synch all emails of the INBOX of all users automatically (with a list of email addresses to excluded, mainly none customers like team members), and not with bcc email (too fastidious to enter each time) or manually with the synch button. Sales people are used to work within their Outlook with more features. They don't want to use an email editor with limited features. They expect an automatic synchr and linking function to an existing e-mail address in the CRM system. I understand that PipeDrive wants people to work within the PipeDrive's email editor but that's not what sales people will do if they are use to work with Outlook. Or is it because a plugin is too difficult to maintain and slowing down the

3/ There is no side bar plugin for Oulook within Pipedrive like in HubSpot, CASS … to swith from Outlook to the CRM app and vice versa.

    Hello @RvH-Euromex,

    We are excited to hear that you have set up the Email Sync function. To answer your questions,

    1. Even though we do not have the deselect all option, while setting up the email sync for the first time, you will see the settings, and with the new email sync settings, only the Inbox and Sent folder will be included, and you can remove and/or add folders as you prefer.
    2. Since Email Sync is a personal-level function, each user would need to complete the inital setup from their end by authenticating their respective email accounts, and this cannot be done in bulk or by anyone other the respective user.
    3. We currently do not have a native plugin, but we highly recommend bringing this to the Ideas and Product Feedback channel to bring more visibility.
