impersonate another user for debugging

Hi I get user saying that have issues and need help solving them, currently they show me the issue, I go away and looking into the problem, them have to ask them to check if its resolved. Can I request a feature for site admins to have a feature where that can impersonate/work as another user so they can debug the issue? ie it loads thier permissions?

    Troubleshooting as well as onboarding is especially a nuisance since users can only have three concurrent logins.

    While it is not yet possible to access other users' accounts for troubleshooting purposes, in case of technical issues or any doubts, the users can contact our support directly: our support team can help them understand if what they are reporting is expected and advise accordingly.

    Ok thanks for the reply, this issues are more around how we have set the site/account up and these users do not have access to make these kind of changes. so its more of a way admins can check the results. thanks anyway and I hope this makes it in at some point

    Yes, the ability to impersonate a user for quick troubleshooting and to double check that their data visibility and permissions are set correctly is definitely needed. If would need to be restricted to Admins only.
