Emailing Leads and contacts

I have put contacts in and converted to a 'lead'. What is confusing me is that I want to send a bulk email but when I go to contacts the 'lead' contact is not there. I can find the contact details under 'lead' > 'company' > 'details'. How do I share my leads with contacts so visible in both? Thanks. M

    This depends on how you imported contacts and leads. Sharing screenshots might help.

    If you import contacts properly (as contacts), the batch email button is available when selecting the leads:

    All contact details saved under 'organisation' and linked.

    When I go to 'lead' I then click on 'send group email'

    Then this window pops up… but with no email recipients:

    All contact details can be seen here. If I click on 'view details' all contact information is displayed:

    yep, the contact is not linked to the lead (person section is empty). meaning the import was not the way it should be :) company is linked, but the person is not. i'd revert the import and try again, ensuring contacts are properly imported.

    alternatively, you can batch create leads by selecting contacts from the contact page

    Still not that clear TBH. As i created individual leads > saved them as contacts > linked to same company.

    If I have mutiple contacts for one company - how do I import and then create a 'lead'? so I can easily send a group email and see contacts within contact list - both as an 'organisation' and an 'person'
