Trigger workflow from email tracking activity
Is there a way to trigger a workflow automation from the email tracking activity feature?
i.e. I'd like to trigger a workflow that changes a contact property (for ex lead scoring) if that person opened\clicked link in email, or creating a follow up task
Not looking to use external tools such as Outfunnel and as part of a single campaign but for a single email.

This is not possible with the existing features in Pipedrive.

Is this available now?
I recently came across Keap, you can add tags when people open emails, click links, visit pages etc. Then create automations using those tags. Don't seem to be able to work out how to do this with Pipedrive?
